No. All listings use the same listing type. Package names describe your subscription, not a separate class of property listing.
Pro and Platinum are the two individual packages. Both include unlimited listings. Compare their current features and prices on the Pricing page.
Yes. Agents, investors and sellers registering on the website must verify their email using the code sent to their inbox. The dashboard shows a reminder if verification is incomplete.
You can manage or change your package from Billing.
Add a listing from the dashboard and complete the required details, images and permit information. Publication depends on completing the required checks and any applicable approval; a fixed publication time is not guaranteed.
For Investors
Yes. Investors can browse deals and contact agents free of charge.
You can browse properties for sale, rentals and developer projects. Availability and details depend on the information supplied for each property.
Use the filters and sorting options to browse listings. The default Featured order puts featured properties first, followed by newer listings. Other sort options use the selected criterion.
Listing pages show the price, location, images, description and available property details. Amenities, floor plans and permit information appear when supplied. Confirm the latest details with the responsible agent.
Use the WhatsApp or enquiry options shown on the listing. The available contact options depend on the contact information supplied for that property.

HotDeals is a technology platform connecting buyers, sellers and licensed real estate professionals through verified property opportunities across the UAE.
Owners can submit their property through the Sell property form. The team or assigned agent can follow up on the details and the steps needed before publication.
HotDeals is built for real estate agents with exclusive or competitively priced listings, investors looking for strong opportunities, and property owners needing a faster sale.
Yes. Agents can continue to market properties on other platforms. HotDeals simply provides additional investor exposure.
